Shibori comes to life on the Asmara. The Asmara is hand dyed with our interpretation of Shibori, known to be one of the oldest dying techniques in Japan. For Shibori the cloth can be bound, stitched, folded, twisted, clamped and compressed. Each method that is used is done in harmony with the type of cloth to create beautiful surface designs.
A slightly longer version of the Amore, the Shibori dye and stitch down the middle of the Asmara give it an edgy and urban look that elevates the traditional sweater. Pair the Asmara with skinny jeans/pants and boots for an easy transition from day chic to a night out.
Fabric: Hand loomed with our proprietary blend of cotton and bamboo
Handcrafted: We celebrate the natural unpredictability of yarn as it moves through the handloom. This gives your sweater a unique color blend, so no two sweaters are the same. Your sweater is crafted from all natural fibers, which feel better on your body.
Care: Hand wash with cold water. Lay flat to dry.
