What type of repairs are covered under the warranty?

Most snags or pulls can be fixed to where they are nearly invisible. However, in some rare cases this is not possible. Please don't cut yarn on the sweater, as that will cause us to not be able to repair it. We will provide more details when you contact us for repairs.

What is not covered under the warranty?

Stains, pilling, or worn spots due to normal wear and tear or rubbing are not covered under the warranty. There will be a $20 flat fee to cover the return shipping of your product.
