1. What is your return policy?
You may return unused products in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. For more information on our return policy, please read here.
2. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship orders within the United States and are happy to offer free priority shipping which is estimated to arrive within 2-days.
If you are an international customer, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for international shipping rates.
3. How long will it take to get my product?
If your product is in stock, we will ship out the piece generally within 5-7 days. If you elect our free priority shipping, we estimate that it will arrive within 2 days. If you have questions about your order, you can email us at email@example.com

5. Where are you located?
Pico Vela is based in Washington, DC and we work with artisans located across the United States.
6. Where do you source your materials from?
Our yarns are proprietary blends of materials such as organic cotton, bamboo, and linen. We are careful to select only the highest quality materials and work with a supplier in the USA who sources superior yarns from Brazil, South Asia and East Asia.
7. Who designs your pieces?
